The organization should be created
Projects should be created within the organization.
Teams
- Teams are defined as a group of team members who are working on a project.
- The team includes the developer, QA, Scrum master and person who is responsible for the deployment.
- User must have admin-level access to make changes in the team
Step 1: Click on the Invite button on the right top corner of the project
Step 2: Enter the AAD user or external user email, for the external user an invite is sent to its email to join the project and the user has to accept that invitation to become part of the project.
